Our client is a leader in concrete and infrastructure solutions across Australia. We are looking for motivated individuals to join our production team in various roles – No prior experience? No problem – we provide training and career growth opportunities!

Based in Swanbank QLD, our customer is currently recruiting for team members to join. With big things on the horizon for Brisbane - such as the Olympics - now is the time to come onboard.

Available Roles:

Precasting Operator

• Prepare moulds for large-scale concrete products (box culverts, manholes, segments)

• Place reo cages, assist with concrete pours via gantry crane

• Strip moulds and perform quality checks
  Note: This role does not involve concreting.

Dry Cast Operator

• Work on smaller concrete structures

• Position reo cages and assist with crane operations

• Prepare moulds and production lines

REO Welder

• MIG welding of reo steel bars and cages

• Cutting, bending, and assembling moulds

• Read basic specifications and measurements
  No formal qualifications required – welding experience is enough

QA Assistant

• Test concrete and inspect finished products

• Record and report quality results

• Protect projects from defects and ensure compliance

Boilermaker/Fitter

• Fabricate and repair metal components, moulds, frames, and steel structures

• Maintain and service production equipment

• Perform heavier structural work than REO Welding

What we Offer:

• Flexible to Shift Times - Shift Times: 5am shifts but can be 4am shifts as well, 8-10hr shifts 1-2pm finishes

• Ongoing training and upskilling opportunities

• Monday - Friday Shifts
